FOR COLD USE
For a cooling effect, put the gel pads in a freezer for 30 to 60 minutes. It can then be worn for 5 to 10 minutes.
FOR WARM USE - IN HOT WATER
Immerse the gel pads in hot water (approx. 80 °C / 176 °F) for 4 to 6 minutes. If additional heat is preferred, place the gel pack back into hot water for 15 second intervals or until desired temperature is reached.
FOR WARM USE - IN MICROWAVE
Just place them in a microwave-compatible container with water and heat for 30 seconds on a low level. The pads can then be applied for 5 to 10 minutes.
