FOR COLD USE
•With the wrap inside supplied plastic bag, place it in the freezer for at least 2 hours.
•Always check the temperature of the wrap. Once the wrap is cold enough, take it out of the freezer and slide it over the affected area for relief.
•If this wrap causes discomfort, remove from body immediately.
•Place on the affected area for approximately 15-20minutes for ideal freezing relaxation.
Freezing Caution
•Always check inner lining of the wrap for ice crystals before applying freezing relaxation. Do not apply it if ice crystals are visible.
•If the gel touches your body, wash your skin thoroughly with soap and water.
•Do not use directly on broken skin,severe swelling, or sensitive skin.
FOR WARM USE - IN MICROWAVE
•Start with room temperature pack, remove the compression gel wraps from plastic bag and place one in microwave with a clean plate.
•Microwave it for 35 seconds. Then turn over the wrap and heat for another 35 seconds by 800Watts microwave.
•Check whether it is sufficiently warm. If needed, heat the wrap in increments of 10 seconds until the desired temperature is reached.
•Do not overheat. Always check the temperature before sliding it over the affected area.
•Wear for approximately 20-30 minutes.
•Once the wrap is sufficiently warm, slide it over the affected area for relief.
•If the wrap is too hot to be comfortable, please allow the wrap to cool down until it reaches a comfortable temperature.
Heating Caution
•Always monitor the wrap while microwave heating.
•Do not heat for more than 70 seconds at a time one wrap. Do not heat for more than 140 seconds in total. DO NOT HEAT more than 4 times in a 60 minutes period.
•If the wrap is frozen, thaw it to room temperature before heating.
•After heating, let the wrap cool completely, and then put the wrap back into the plastic bag.
•Due to its unique material, if it is overheated, it may cause the wrap to swell and shorten its life. Therefore, we recommend that you control the heating time and frequency strictly.
