FOR COLD USE
•With the compression gel chin strap inside supplied plastic bag,place it in the freezer for 1-2 hours for immediate use.
•Always check the temperature of it. Once it is cold enough, take it out of the freezer,wipe off the moisture and put it over the required area.
•If it causes discomfort, remove from body immediately.
•Place on the affected area for approximately 15-20minutes for ideal freezing relaxation.
Freezing Caution
•Always check inner lining of the compression gel cap for ice crystals before applying freezing relaxation. Do not apply it if ice crystals are visible.
•If the gel touches your body,wash your skin thoroughly with soap and water.
FOR WARM USE - IN MICROWAVE
•Start with room temperature pack,remove the compression gel wrap from plastic bag and place it in microwave with a clean plate.
•Microwave it for 10 seconds. Then turn over it and heat for another 10 seconds by 800Watts microwave.
•Check whether it is sufficiently warm. If needed,heat it in increments of 5 seconds until the desired temperature is reached.
•Do not overheat. Always check the temperature before sliding it over the affected area.
•Wear for approximately 15-20 minutes.
•Once it is sufficiently warm,slide it over the affected area for relief.
•If it is too hot to be comfortable,please allow the it to cool down until it reaches a comfortable temperature.
Heating Caution
•Always monitor it while microwave heating.
•Do not heat for more than 20 seconds at a time. Do not heat for more than 40 seconds in total.DO NOT HEAT more than 4 times in a 60 minutes period.
•If it is frozen, thaw it to room temperature before heating.
•After heating, let it cool completely, and then put it back into the plastic bag.
•Due to its unique material, if it is overheated, it may cause it to swell and shorten its life. Therefore, we recommend that you control the heating time and frequency strictly.
